Today marks 2 years since the death of Chris Cornell, one of our favorite artists. Our song “Glenn Rhee” was partly inspired by him, as well as the untimely losses of some of our other favorite musicians and those close to us. As people who have been personally affected by addiction and mental illness, it never really gets any easier losing people we care about. But at least we know these incredible artists live on through their music and the impact they’ve made and will continue to make on generations of listeners, and the loved ones we’ve lost live on through our memories and the ways they touched our hearts.
